Dean A. Manglona brings a strong foundation in accounting and tax to his legal practice. A licensed attorney in Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Dean offers clients comprehensive legal counsel with a focus on litigation, corporate, estate and trust matters, probate, business disputes, and taxation.
Before joining Civille & Tang, PLLC, Dean served in both public and private legal roles, including as in-house counsel for the Northern Mariana Islands Settlement Fund, as a research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam, and as a law clerk for the Superior Court of Guam.
Dean is also a Certified Public Accountant (Non-Attestation) and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University. His background in accounting helps him guide clients through financial and regulatory issues with clarity and confidence.
He remains actively involved in the legal and broader community. Dean serves on the Judicial Council of Guam and the board of the Guam Insurance and Banking Commission. He is also active in the Guam Bar Association and the Judiciary of Guam’s Law Week Committee.
