Sirena Perez Cassidy is an attorney with Civille & Tang, PLLC. She previously served as the Clerk of Court and research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam.
Ms. Cassidy has extensive experience with commercial transactions and litigation. She has assisted clients in acquisition, development and financing transactions involving multimillion-dollar commercial assets, including hotel, condominium, shopping center, commercial building, hospital, telecommunications, petroleum and solar farm facilities.
She has served as external counsel to several local and regional banks. Ms. Cassidy has assisted in civil and class action litigation involving a wide range of areas including contracts, torts, insurance, antitrust, lender liability, government procurement, construction, and business regulation.
Ms. Cassidy serves on the Supreme Court of Guam’s Commission on Lawyer Regulation and the Guam Bar Examination Drafting and Grading Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
Ms. Cassidy is an avid weekend golfer.
